La selezione di questo mese è curata da Robert Löebel, regista d’animazione e illustratore tedesco. I suoi corti incuriosiscono e divertono un pubblico trasversale: dal pluripremiato cortometraggio di diploma “Wind”, al più recente “Link”, passando per “Island” diretto a quattro mani con Max Mörtl. Regista eclettico e gentile, dallo stile riconoscibile e naif. A proposito della selezione curata per Animacult d’Autore ha scritto: «I was raised by the first 4 films more or less, after those I knew i wanted to be an indie filmmaker. The other ones are my personal favourites in terms of story, look and feeling».
